Classic Furniture, Ceiling and Floors Shop, and Ferguson are just a few of the vendors we work with. In addition, we use pieces our client’s already own and incorporate them into a fresh new look.
Our goal is to design a space that reflects your personality, taste, and lifestyle. We also provide interior design for businesses and institutions- including our latest project at the University of Virginia.

I discovered my love for Interior Design early in life and explored design in my college career at Radford University earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Developing my experience in designing classic Virginia style, I worked for 4 years at Stedman House. My work with Stedman House embodies their goal for the highest quality of design and attention to each detail of a project.
I opened Foxchase Design, LLC in 2016 when Stedman House closed their doors. I carry the values and quality from my experience there with me into my new business. I look forward to working with clients on new and exciting challenges as we work together to design projects with traditional taste and aesthetics for your home. Whether it is residential decor or staging the perfect home for sale, I am ready to start work on your dream project.
I am originally from West Virginia and I have made Charlottesville my family home for the last 10 years. My wonderful husband encourages and collaborates with me as I pursue the career of my dreams. I am the proud mom to four amazing children who never cease to stimulate my creativity. I am energized by all types of design and can be found rummaging everywhere to find the perfect piece to complete my client’s vision.
Nicole Fagerli
Interior Designer
Nicole Fagerli has interior design and furniture in her DNA. She is the daughter of the oldest family owned furniture manufacturer in Virginia. She was involved in designing and manufacturing her family’s furniture at a young age.
Nicole continued the family tradition and earned her degree in Interior Design from West Virginia University in 1997 and moved to Pittsburgh with her husband, Julian. While in Pittsburgh she worked for a commercial Interior Design company, Concept Interiors. They relocated to Charlottesville in 2000 and started a family.
While with Stedman House, she worked on many Commercial and Residential design projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. She taught classes in interior design at the University of Virginia. Her work has been photographed and displayed in the Abode, The Daily Progress, and Scout Magazine to name a few.
Nicole’s warm personality and life long experience in the industry allows her to blend a client’s vision with cutting edge designs. Nicole’s goal is always to let the clients home be a reflection of who they are. Her classic style is part of her design and is always fresh and timeless. Nicole is eager to meet with clients to fulfill their design needs.
